Utrecht, July 7, 2025 – Bloxs, a provider of ERP software for real estate investment and property management organizations, has acquired industry peer Informant Software. The acquisition marks a strategic step in Bloxs’ ambition to strengthen its position in the real estate software market. Through the acquisition, software users benefit from Informant’s extensive market knowledge and Bloxs’ powerful, future-proof software solution.
Both software providers focus on real estate professionals and serve a similar client base in the Netherlands. Informant Software, founded in 1991, is known for its user-friendly solutions for property managers, real estate owners, and homeowners’ association (HOA) administrators. Informant’s software stands out for its integration of multiple user groups within a single platform.
The combination creates a strong synergy of domain expertise and technological innovation. Informant customers will retain their trusted contacts and support, while also gaining access to Bloxs’ cloud-native technology. This software is designed to efficiently manage large volumes of real estate data and meets modern requirements for automation and integration with external systems.
